ExitCue provides educational estimates and organizational tools for tracking private-company equity you already hold. ExitCue is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or tax or legal advisor, and nothing in the service is investment, legal, or tax advice.

You must provide accurate information and keep your sign-in email secure. You are responsible for the grant details you enter; estimates are only as good as their inputs.

All values shown are estimates derived from third-party data and your inputs. Private securities are illiquid and transfer-restricted, and actual outcomes may differ materially. You agree not to rely on ExitCue as the basis for financial decisions without consulting qualified professionals.

Don't misuse the service: no unauthorized access, scraping of other users' data, abuse of the invitation system, or violation of applicable law.

Plus subscriptions renew until canceled and can be canceled anytime; your data remains accessible on the free plan. Referral credits are non-cash subscription credit, capped, and revocable in cases of abuse.

You can delete your account at any time. We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated before they take effect.
