Privacy Policy

Account data (email, name, timezone), the equity details you choose to enter (companies, grants, schedules, deadlines, alerts), notification preferences, and limited product-usage analytics.

We do not sell your data. We do not share your equity details with employers, advertisers, or other users. Invitations never include your share counts, values, vesting status, or deadlines. Exact financial values are excluded from analytics.

To provide the product (calculating estimates, sending notifications you enabled), to secure accounts, and to improve the service in aggregate. Emails are sent via our email processor; payments are handled by Stripe, so we never see full card numbers.

Export all of your data as JSON, correct it in the app, or delete your account, immediately and permanently, from settings. Questions or requests: privacy@exitcue.com.

Data is kept while your account is active. On deletion, user data is removed immediately; residual copies in encrypted backups expire on backup rotation.
